APPROVAL

We generate a detailed estimate focused on quality and reasonable repairs. You only pay for approved repairs. If Declined, the tool is reassembled and returned - you pay only shipping.

REPAIR & CLEANING

Tool parts are fully cleaned. Gear teeth are cleared of debris. Factory standard greases are used and the tool is restored to like-new condition without unnecessary parts replacement. Parts are in stock for all major models.

Tools are heavily tested on fixtures that mimic real-world strapping applications. We test tension and weld strength with data, not just a visual inspection. A new cycle count is recorded.
